Elegant ceramic outdoor tiles that give new life

Our wide selection offers different elegant ceramic outdoor tiles, all of which will give new and delicious life to your chosen outdoor area. The outdoor tiles are made of granite ceramic and are specially adapted for outdoor use. Therefore, the 20 mm thick tiles are made more non-slip, which i.a. ensures that they do not become slippery in rain or snow. At the same time, they are incredibly easy to maintain and can also withstand high-pressure washing.

The terrace tiles are in a Scandinavian design, where the natural and modern look will give surroundings a huge boost. The outdoor tiles come in a wide palette of different color variants and shades, and we hope you can find some patio tiles just to your taste.

How to lay terrace tiles

A good foundation is one of the keys to success when laying patio tiles. When you have a solid and stable foundation, terrace tiles will lie much better. Therefore, you must start by digging out. There must be room for your outdoor tiles, gravel and sand. We therefore recommend that you dig out around 30-35 cm.

The first layer must then consist of around 15 cm of bottom protection gravel, which must be tamped or otherwise compressed in place. This is followed by approximately 12 cm of stable gravel and 3 cm of paving sand. Both these layers must also be compressed.

You then lay your terrace tiles in the desired pattern. Ensure a good and uniform joint distance (3-5 mm) all the way around, and remember to bring the spirit level with you to ensure the correct slope.

Finally, you sweep joint sand over your outdoor tiles with a broom, so that you avoid shifts in the coating and at the same time make it more difficult for any weeds to grow up.
