By choosing terrazzo tiles, rather than a floor cast in terrazzo, you also save many weeks of work. Tiles should be laid on an even, dry and cleaned surface, but then they appear with the same charm as ‘classic’ terrazzo. It is also a cheaper solution than if you had chosen a floor cast in terrazzo. Cleaning terrazzo tiles is also quite easy. It doesn’t take anything more than a damp cloth and ongoing cleaning to keep the tiles clean and tidy. When the actual main cleaning is at the door, you can invest in special cleaning products that are made for the purpose. As mentioned earlier, it is important not to use acidic cleaning agents on your terrazzo tiles.
