General questions
Yes you can. We have made it possible to order online without payment.
When we receive your order, we review the details and if you or we have any questions, you will hear from us. You will immediately receive an invoice for payment. Once we have received your payment, we will ship your order. Stock items have a delivery time of 2-4 days.
Special orders
If you have ordered special orders, including joinery furniture, terrazzo tiles etc., there will be an extended delivery time, as we only order from the manufacturer once we have received your payment.
An order on focuspluscph.com will basically be binding.
Questions regarding delivery
No, your bathroom furniture is generally always delivered to the curb. Call us on 88 44 15 50 and hear more about the options.
All our furniture is custom-made and will therefore have a typical delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks.
No, unfortunately that cannot be done. The shipping company will contact you one hour before expected delivery.
Yes, we deliver nationwide.
At Focus Plus we use DSV and local freight companies for shipping tiles and furniture.
If you have an order that should be delivered with DSV, but have not received a parcel number, you can contact us on 88 44 15 50 .

We would like to point out that your delivery is basically delivered to the curb. The shipping company will contact you before delivery. If the shipping company cannot get hold of you, the delivery will be postponed, unless otherwise agreed.
If the freight company does not have the opportunity to postpone the delivery or is prevented in some other way, it is a futile drive. You will be billed a fee by the shipping company if this is the case.

Our table top is Kerrock® Solid Surface. It is a composite material based on unique technology that, through pressure and high heat, mixes acrylic and aluminum (bauxite) together.
This results in a fire-approved (B-s1, d0 class A) material for kitchens, bathroom environments, sinks, bathtubs and other types of fixtures.

No, you have to cut a hole for the tabletop yourself. However, it is possible to have a hole cut in the table top as an extra benefit. It costs about DKK 500 in addition. Contact us and we will take care of it.
No, furniture and sink come in two parts.
We recommend using a space-saving water trap. It can be purchased from us or from a plumbing wholesaler.
Yes, it can be lightly sanded and oiled again.
Yes, on the large sizes. It includes modules 120, 160 and 180.
Yes, but only on our module 180.
No, unfortunately we don’t. Our bathroom furniture is made in module sizes 60, 80, 100, 120, 160 and 180. In addition, we also carry our Mini[modul 50] .
A recess drawer is a drawer that is prepared for a water trap. 1 piece is included. storage drawer for all our bathroom furniture. This is because there must be room for the drain. If you want more sinks, you will typically need more storage drawers.

Questions regarding tiles
Handmade tiles are clearly different from machine-made tiles in that not all edges are 100% the same. This means a different but incredibly beautiful finish.
At the same time, it also means that natural toothing of tiles can occur on both walls and floors.
