This document is the terms and conditions of business between you as the Buyer and Focus Plus, hereinafter referred to in this document as “we”, “us” and “our”.

1. INTRODUCTION

Focusplus.dk is operated and owned by Focus Plus ApS, CVR no. 34049564, Nørre Farimagsgade 72, 1364 Copenhagen K, phone 88441550 , e-mail: [email protected] .

These trading conditions apply to all offers, orders, order confirmations and deliveries, unless there is another written agreement to this effect between us and the Buyer. Furthermore, they apply to the purchase of goods by private consumers on focuspluscph.com and other distance sales for delivery in Denmark and the Faroe Islands.

The terms and conditions do not apply to businesses.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

At focuspluscph.com, the product’s essential properties are disclosed. For further information or questions, you can call 88441550 every weekday between 08:00 and 16:00. You can of course also send us an e-mail to [email protected] .

3. PRICES

All prices on focuspluscph.com are daily prices and only valid on the day of the order. We reserve the right to change prices without further notice.

All prices are in Danish kroner incl. VAT.

3.1 PRICE ERROR

If a price is clearly incorrect and you should reasonably have discovered this, we are under no obligation to supply that product at the incorrect price.

4. ORDER AND PAYMENT

Focusplus.dk is open around the clock and you can therefore always place orders. However, we may at times be forced to close the website temporarily for maintenance purposes.

You will find our entire range under the menu item “Shop”. When you have found an item, you put the item in the basket. You can, all the way to the time of ordering, make changes in your basket and during the whole process see the prices for the goods. All prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT.

When you are ready to place the order, click on the basket icon in the menu. Here you will see an overview of the order. Then click on “Go to checkout”, where you enter your name, address, phone number, email address and delivery method. At focuspluscph.com you can only pay via invoice. This means that when we receive your order, we review the details and if you or we have any questions, you will hear from us. You will immediately receive an invoice for payment. Once we have received your payment, we will ship your order.

If you have ordered non-stocked special and stock items (see section 4.1), the delivery time will be extended, as we will only order from the manufacturer once we have received your payment.

When you receive an invoice from Focus Plus, it is paid as usual in e.g. online banking. You typically have 1 – 3 days to pay the invoice.

It is not possible to pay the invoice online at focuspluscph.com.

All orders are only shipped once we have received payment for the invoice.

4.1 Non-stocked special and special items

Many of the items we sell online and via our physical showroom are special and stock items. That is these are goods that are only produced when a customer has paid for an order.

Special and stock items include the following:

  • Bathroom furniture
  • Design kitchen and modules for this
  • Terrazzo tiles
  • Natural stone tiles
  • Ceramic tiles
  • Tiles from Marrakech
  • Vola products
  • Thinkwood Shelving
  • Carpentry mirrors

The above list can be updated without further notice if we get new products in the range.

5. DELIVERY

Ordered product(s) will be sent as soon as possible. For questions about delivery, please contact us further. See section 1.

You must check your order upon receipt .
The buyer must check the order through for any errors and omissions no later than five (5) days after receipt.

Some items are only produced once we have received your payment and can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. We strive to stock up on the most popular designs.

At Focus Plus, we use DSV and local shipping companies for the shipment of tiles and furniture. We deliver throughout the country and as a starting point always to curbs.

We cannot be held responsible for any incorrectly assembled goods such as tiles and furniture

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In the case of distance selling and when you shop at focuspluscph.com, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us.

Special and special items (see section 4.1) are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.

After receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature, properties and way in which they function.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice can be given to [email protected] . In your message, you must make us unequivocally aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

6.1 Repayment of the purchase amount

If you exercise your right of cancellation, for the entire order, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including any delivery costs. If you only use your right of cancellation for parts of the order, any delivery costs will not be refunded.

The repayment will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement entered into. We carry out the repayment without additional fees and with the same means of payment that you used for your purchase, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

6.2 The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.

If the item has been tried/used, in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value. If the packaging is also thrown away or badly damaged, the commercial value of the item is DKK 0.00, and you will not be refunded any amount for the item.

7. COMPLAINT

Your purchase on focuspluscph.com and other distance sales are covered by the Purchase Act. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount, depending on the specific situation.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product, incorrect measurement or other damage-causing behaviour.

You must advertise within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the lack of the item. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and within 2 months after the error was discovered.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course reimburse your reasonable shipping costs for sending the item back to us. Otherwise, you must cover all transport costs yourself, including our freight costs for returning the item after examination, and we can also charge you an amount of up to DKK 300 for examination of the item.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for dispatch. You are responsible for the package/item yourself until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and any Track and Trace number.

Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.

8. DISCLAIMER AND WARRANTY

We may have provided relevant information on other websites through links. These websites are beyond our control. We can therefore in no way be held responsible for the content on these pages.

9. COPYRIGHT

All content on our websites as well as underlying pages (subdomains) are protected according to, among other things, copyright, marketing and trademark laws. This implies that trademarks, company name, product name, information about products, including mention of products, images/graphics, design/layout and other content on these websites may under no circumstances be downloaded, copied or used in any other way without express permission to do so through a written consent from us.

10. RESERVATIONS

We reserve the right to change and update the rules and trading conditions that apply to this company without further notice. It is therefore important that you continuously keep yourself informed of any changes.
